Therapies
All of the following practices take place during morning hours. The average complete session time is around 3 to 4 hours.
We usually start off by getting to know each other in a bright stress-free environment. Just a simple “get to know each other” type of conversation while we drink herbal tea. When you get all settled and comfortable, we can move to our first practice.
You will start by randomly picking out 5 different floral cards, each representing a certain area in your life. Following your choice, the therapist will measure your pulse by hand and will have a more clear picture of your well-being, bodily functions and their current state in general.
With that in mind, we will be able to provide personalized recommendations that can help you naturally resolve certain life situations and make more productive and healthy life choices.
Floral Essences
Following the recommendations, you will be left with some time to process your newly acquired knowledge and simply relax. In the meantime, we will prepare special floral essences that should be applied gently on your wrist during the following month.
After you feel fully relaxed we can move on to the sound therapy.
Being the essence of eastern practices, sound was always considered Devine for a reason. Be it in the form of mantras or pure sound – the primordial OM or AUM, sounds a lot like the gongs do. That is why we continue with this practice to help you relax even further, both mentally and physically.
We start to play Tibetan singing bowls on your body according to the natural constitution of the energy represented by your chakras. In some cases crystal bowls can be used as well. When you have reached deep relaxation, the therapist starts playing the gongs of the Sun and the Moon, revealing the sacred vibrations of the universe to you.
If you are lying during this meditation it is always best to keep a blanket on you in order to accumulate warmth in your body. By the end of the session the sounds fade off and you are left to relax with your new found sense of joy and tranquility.
Such individual practices last around an hour and about 2 hours performed in group sessions. It is always best to spend the rest of your day contemplating these feelings in silence. Om.

Such practices help you calm your mind, body and spirit, refreshing all your energies and feelings for a better quality of life.
As a result, you will find yourself more relaxed, happy and enthusiastic about life in general. Moreover you are not required to have any previous experience or training. All that is required – is your willingness to be and experience such an event in your life.
